Reporta al <strong>Director Ejecutivo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PERFIL<\/strong><br \/>\nDirigimos la b\u00fasqueda a personas con s\u00f3lida experiencia en control de gesti\u00f3n operativa, visi\u00f3n integral y estrat\u00e9gica del negocio y fuerte orientaci\u00f3n a la mejora continua. Ser\u00e1 responsable de brindar soporte a la Direcci\u00f3n en el seguimiento de planes operativos, monitorear indicadores clave de producci\u00f3n y elaborar reportes estrat\u00e9gicos para la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUISITOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Educaci\u00f3n: T\u00edtulo de grado en Ingenier\u00eda Industrial, Ingenier\u00eda Qu\u00edmica, Administraci\u00f3n o afines. (Excluyente)<\/li>\n<li>Experiencia: 3 a 5 a\u00f1os en an\u00e1lisis, control y mejora de procesos en entornos industriales. Se valora experiencia en procesos continuos y\/o plantas de refinaci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo, qu\u00edmicas o de energ\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Competencias: Capacidad anal\u00edtica y orientaci\u00f3n a resultados. Organizaci\u00f3n, planificaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de indicadores. Trabajo colaborativo y comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva. Adaptabilidad y potencial de crecimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Conocimientos espec\u00edficos: Manejo avanzado de herramientas Office.
